The Indian Journal of International Law (IJIL) publishes peer-reviewed articles that enhance the knowledge of International Law. In addition to putting international legal issues on the intellectual agenda, the journal seeks to promote a dialogue between academics, legal professionals and students in which social economic and human rights are interwoven with a multidisciplinary approach. The journal invites submissions in the areas of international trade and investment law, international courts and tribunals, private international law, international criminal law, international maritime law, international sports law, global administrative law, law of the seas, human rights law, environmental law, and regional integration law. The IJIL also publishes content on Indian state practice for scholars, governments, lawyers and students of international law interested in Indian opinio juris.  .
