Papers of interest to the Journal's readers include nationally representative epidemiologic projects as well as intervention research involving benefit and risk comparisons between service programs. While not a priority for the Journal, manuscripts that address methodology (such as instrumentation) pertinent to public sector behavioral health evaluation or research will also be considered.  Articles reflect research from a range of disciplines on recovery-oriented services, public health policy, clinical delivery systems, advocacy, and effective practices that advance individual and population mental health
