N2  - Food, Nutrition and Health is a peer-reviewed and open access scientific journal that provides a platform for studies related to aspects of impacts of food and nutrition on health and diseases. Food, Nutrition and Health publishes papers that integrate novel basic and applied scientific discoveries in the fields of food science, nutrition and health. Manuscripts using scientific methods to test hypotheses that relate to interactions among foods, nutrients and health outcomes of humans and animals are encouraged to submit. All aspects of food and nutrition sciences that provide insights into the impacts of foods and nutrients on health and diseases are included. Manuscripts reporting results of studies using animal models that are relevant to human health are also included. Supplemental issues are also edited and published to extend discussion of special topics.
