“AMERICAN PRISONERS ARE ALWAYS AN ASSET” is an investigation into the History of
POW/MIAs in Russia.
Tens of thousands of U.S. citizens were missing during World War II, and also during the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Many of them found themselves in Soviet concentration camps.
We cannot be absolutely sure of the fate of many of them to this day.
The author carried out an independent search, found more than a trace of POW/MIAs, and collected a wealth of materials in the territory of the former Soviet Union. He discovered POW/MIAs, some in concentration camps and some living under fictitious names in the countries of the former Soviet Union.
