Innovative Surgical Trends is the voice of the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons and the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery in Surgical Innovation and serves as a scientific platform from these societies' communities. Innovative Surgical Trends publishes video and dynamic articles, case reports and case series that present innovative, cutting-edge techniques, novel procedures, and enhancements to general surgical practice from across the globe. Areas of focus will include surgery of the gastrointestinal tract, endoscopy as applied to surgery, and the spectrum of other innovative interventional surgical techniques. Articles that include multimedia presentations will be encouraged.
