The journal will cover all aspects of basic and applied parasitology, including host-parasite interactions, disease vectors and parasitic diseases. In addition to topics like parasite development and evolution, parasite genetics and genomics, diagnostic methodologies and control strategies for disease management will also be covered. Moreover, articles on epidemiological surveillance and public health policies would also be considered. One Health approaches to parasitology (to optimize the health of humans, animals and ecosystems) would be a special focus.
